- 150 g Gorgonzola
- 100 g Yogurt
- 1 tsp Thyme (chopped)

Instructions
- 1. Crumble the Gorgonzola cheese into a small bowl. Add the yogurt and stir with a spoon until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- 2. Stir the fresh thyme leaves into the dip mixture. Finally, season the result to taste with a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper.
