🍽️ Creamy Gorgonzola Walnut Sauce

Ingredients
- 30 g walnuts
- 150 ml strong chicken broth
- 150 ml heavy cream
- 80 g Gorgonzola
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Roughly chop the walnuts.
- 2. Combine the chicken broth with the cream in a pot.
- 3. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 4. Simmer the sauce over low heat until it has reduced by about half.
- 5. Add the Gorgonzola pieces to the sauce.
- 6. Stir continuously until the cheese has completely melted.
- 7. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- 8. Fold in the walnuts just before serving.
