  3. 3. Remove the tough stems from the savoy cabbage.
  4. 4. Wash the savoy cabbage and let it drain well.
  5. 5. Cut the savoy cabbage into thin strips.
  6. 6. Peel the garlic cloves.
  7. 7. Finely chop the garlic.
  8. 8. Fill a large pot with water and add plenty of salt.
  9. 9. Bring the salted water to a boil.
  10. 10. Add the potato cubes to the boiling water.
  11. 11. Cook the potatoes for 5 minutes.
  12. 12. Add the pasta to the same pot.
  13. 13. Cook the pasta al dente, as indicated on the package.
  14. 14. Grate the Parmesan finely.
  15. 15. Set the grated Parmesan aside.
  16. 16. Heat oil in another pot or a large pan.
  17. 17. Add the savoy cabbage strips to the hot pan.
  18. 18. Sauté the savoy cabbage, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 4 minutes.
  19. 19. Add the chopped garlic.
  20. 20. Sauté the garlic briefly.
  21. 21. Stir the cream cheese into the pan.
  22. 22. Pour in the milk.
  23. 23. Crumble the Gorgonzola into the sauce.
  24. 24. Stir everything well until it is creamy.
  25. 25. Let the sauce reduce over low heat.
  26. 26. Stir frequently while doing so.
  27. 27. Season the sauce with salt.

  29. 29. Grate some nutmeg into the sauce.
  30. 30. Drain the pasta and the potatoes.

  32. 32. Reserve 100 milliliters of the cooking water.
  33. 33. Stir the reserved cooking water into the cheese sauce.
  34. 34. Take a large bowl that you have warmed beforehand.
  35. 35. Add the drained pasta and potatoes to the bowl.
  36. 36. Mix everything well with the sauce.
  37. 37. Transfer the finished pasta into the bowl.
  38. 38. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the top.
  39. 39. Serve the dish immediately.
