🍽️ Creamy Gorgonzola Dip with Walnuts

Ingredients
- 80 g heavy cream
- 120 g Gorgonzola
- 1 pear (ripe)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 30 g walnut kernels
- pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions
- 1. Heat the cream in a pot, but do not let it boil. Cube the Gorgonzola cheese and add it to the warm cream. Stir with a whisk until the cheese is completely melted and creamy. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes to let the dip cool down.
- 2. Peel the pear and cut it into very small cubes. Drizzle some lemon juice over it to prevent browning. Set aside a few whole walnuts for decoration and finely chop the rest of the nuts.
- 3. Gently fold the diced pear and chopped walnuts into the cooled Gorgonzola cream. Season the dip to taste with black pepper. Serve it and garnish with the whole walnuts.
