🍽️ Warm Turmeric Milk

Ingredients
- 4 thumb-sized turmeric roots
- 1 tsp virgin coconut oil
- 1 tbsp agave syrup (or maple syrup)
- 600 ml soy drink (soy milk) (or another plant milk, such as almond milk)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 30 g ginger (1 piece)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the turmeric root under cold running water.
- 2. Add all ingredients to a blender.
- 3. Blend the mixture on the highest setting for two minutes.
- 4. Pour the liquid into a saucepan.
- 5. Let the milk simmer gently over medium heat for five minutes.
- 6. Pour the warm milk into cups.
- 7. Enjoy the drink immediately while it is still warm.
