🍰 Golden Flaxseed Pudding with Plum and Apple Topping

Ingredients
- 20 g fine oat flakes (from the region)
- 400 ml water
- 75 g ground golden flaxseeds
- 1 apple
- 4 plums
- 2 tbsp hazelnuts
- 3 tbsp apple syrup (from the region)
Instructions
- 1. Pour water over the oat flakes.
- 2. Let the oat flakes soak for 5 minutes.
- 3. Blend the oat flakes finely with a hand blender.
- 4. Mix the oat mixture with the flaxseeds.
- 5. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours (preferably overnight) to let it swell.
- 6. Wash and peel the apple.
- 7. Cut the apple into small cubes.
- 8. Wash the plums.
- 9. Halve the plums and remove the pits.
- 10. Cut the plums into cubes.
- 11. Chop the nuts coarsely.
- 12. Add the apple cubes, plum cubes, and nuts to a hot pan.
- 13. Fry the mixture for 2 minutes over medium heat.
- 14. Stir 2 tablespoons of apple syrup into the fruit and nut mixture.
- 15. Caramelize the mixture for another 3 minutes.
- 16. Stir the remaining apple syrup into the flaxseed pudding.
- 17. Divide the pudding among four bowls.
- 18. Top the pudding with the plum and apple mixture.
