  1. 1. Pour water over the oat flakes.
  2. 2. Let the oat flakes soak for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Blend the oat flakes finely with a hand blender.
  4. 4. Mix the oat mixture with the flaxseeds.
  5. 5. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours (preferably overnight) to let it swell.
  6. 6. Wash and peel the apple.
  7. 7. Cut the apple into small cubes.
  8. 8. Wash the plums.
  9. 9. Halve the plums and remove the pits.
  10. 10. Cut the plums into cubes.
  11. 11. Chop the nuts coarsely.
  12. 12. Add the apple cubes, plum cubes, and nuts to a hot pan.
  13. 13. Fry the mixture for 2 minutes over medium heat.
  14. 14. Stir 2 tablespoons of apple syrup into the fruit and nut mixture.
  15. 15. Caramelize the mixture for another 3 minutes.
  16. 16. Stir the remaining apple syrup into the flaxseed pudding.
  17. 17. Divide the pudding among four bowls.
  18. 18. Top the pudding with the plum and apple mixture.
