  5. 5. Finely chop the flesh of the chili.
  6. 6. Peel the garlic clove.
  7. 7. Chop the garlic finely.
  8. 8. Pluck the thyme leaves off the stems.
  9. 9. Mix the chili, garlic, and thyme in a bowl.
  10. 10. Add three tablespoons of oil to the spice mixture.
  11. 11. Add a pinch of salt.
  12. 12. Stir the mixture well.
  13. 13. Pour the seasoned oil mixture over the potatoes on the baking sheet.
  14. 14. Cover the potatoes with parchment paper.
  15. 15. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
