Ingredients
- 1 small onion (50 g each)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 handful parsley (5 g each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 350 g beef minced meat
- salt
- pepper
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp tomato paste (15 g each)
- 500 g gnocchi (refrigerated section)
- 300 ml chicken broth
- 250 ml strained tomatoes
- 80 g whipping cream
- 50 g parmesan
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and the garlic.
- 2. Dice the onion and garlic finely.
- 3. Wash the tomatoes under running water.
- 4. Cut off the hard stem ends from the tomatoes.
- 5. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
- 6. Remove the core from the tomatoes.
- 7. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
- 8. Wash the parsley.
- 9. Shake the parsley dry.
- 10. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- 11. Heat oil in a large skillet.
- 12. Sauté the onions and garlic for 3 minutes over medium heat.
- 13. Add the minced meat to the skillet.
- 14. Fry the meat for 5 minutes.
- 15. Season the mixture with salt.
- 16. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 17. Season the mixture with cayenne pepper.
- 18. Stir the tomato paste into the skillet.
- 19. Add the gnocchi to the skillet.
- 20. Add the tomato pieces to the skillet.
- 21. Simmer the ingredients for another 3 minutes.
- 22. Deglaze the dish with broth.
- 23. Add the pureed tomatoes.
- 24. Add the cream.
- 25. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 26. Simmer the dish over low heat for 4 minutes.
- 27. Stir the skillet occasionally.
- 28. Grate 30 grams of cheese.
- 29. Stir the grated cheese into the skillet.
- 30. Shave the remaining cheese into thin slices.
- 31. Finally, adjust the seasoning of the skillet to taste.
- 32. Divide the dish into bowls or deep plates.
- 33. Sprinkle the dish with the shaved cheese.
- 34. Sprinkle the dish with the remaining parsley.
