  2. 2. Halve the bell pepper and remove the inside with the seeds.
  3. 3. Cut the pepper into thin strips.
  4. 4. Bring water to a boil and add some salt.
  5. 5. Cook the broccoli in the boiling salted water for about 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Drain the broccoli.
  7. 7. Let the broccoli drain well.
  8. 8. Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water according to the package instructions.
  9. 9. Drain the gnocchi.
  10. 10. Let the gnocchi drain well.
  11. 11. Grate the Parmesan finely.
  12. 12. Melt the butter in a pot.
  13. 13. Stir the flour into the melted butter.
  14. 14. Let the flour mixture sweat briefly.
  15. 15. Pour the milk into the flour mixture.
  16. 16. Stir constantly until the sauce comes to a boil.
  17. 17. Remove the pot from the heat.
  18. 18. Add the grated Parmesan to the sauce.
  19. 19. Season the sauce with salt.
  20. 20. Season the sauce with pepper.
  21. 21. Grate some fresh nutmeg and add it to the sauce.
  22. 22. Fill the prepared vegetables and gnocchi into a baking dish.
