🍳 Crunchy Gluten-Free Flaxseed Bread

Ingredients
- 0.5 cube fresh yeast (or 1 packet dry yeast)
- 500 ml lukewarm water
- 500 g gluten-free flour (e.g. buckwheat flour)
- 30 g psyllium husk
- 30 g flaxseeds
- 1 tsp coconut blossom sugar
- 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp butter (for the pan)
Instructions
- 1. Dissolve the yeast in 500 milliliters of lukewarm water.
- 2. Mix the flour with psyllium husks, flaxseeds, coconut blossom sugar, vinegar, and salt in a bowl.
- 3. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture.
- 4. Pour the yeast milk into the well.
- 5. Process all ingredients with the dough hooks of an electric hand mixer to form a smooth dough.
- 6. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- 7. Grease a loaf pan well.
- 8. Shape the dough into a loaf.
- 9. Place the loaf into the buttered pan.
- 10. Brush the surface of the bread with cold water.
- 11. Cut a slit into the top of the bread with a knife.
- 12. Preheat the oven to 200°C with top and bottom heat.
- 13. Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
- 14. Remove the finished bread from the oven.
- 15. Let the bread cool down briefly.
- 16. Carefully turn the bread out of the pan.
- 17. Slice the bread and serve it.
