  1. 1. Dissolve the yeast in 500 milliliters of lukewarm water.
  2. 2. Mix the flour with psyllium husks, flaxseeds, coconut blossom sugar, vinegar, and salt in a bowl.
  3. 3. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture.
  4. 4. Pour the yeast milk into the well.
  5. 5. Process all ingredients with the dough hooks of an electric hand mixer to form a smooth dough.
  6. 6. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  7. 7. Grease a loaf pan well.
  8. 8. Shape the dough into a loaf.
  9. 9. Place the loaf into the buttered pan.
  10. 10. Brush the surface of the bread with cold water.
  11. 11. Cut a slit into the top of the bread with a knife.
  12. 12. Preheat the oven to 200°C with top and bottom heat.
  13. 13. Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
  14. 14. Remove the finished bread from the oven.
  15. 15. Let the bread cool down briefly.
  16. 16. Carefully turn the bread out of the pan.
  17. 17. Slice the bread and serve it.
