🍽️ Spicy Glass Noodle Salad with Minced Meat

Ingredients
- 1 Napa cabbage
- 600 g minced meat
- 100 g glass noodles
- 1 carrot
- 1 chili pepper
- light soy sauce
- light fish sauce
- 2 tbsp Thai basil (chopped)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- cayenne pepper
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the Chinese cabbage under running water.
- 2. Remove the hard, lower core from the cabbage head.
- 3. Let the Chinese cabbage drain well in a sieve.
- 4. Cook the glass noodles according to the instructions on the package.
- 5. Drain the noodles and rinse them with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- 6. Let the cooled noodles drain well as well.
- 7. Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat.
- 8. Fry the minced meat in it until it is crumbly.
- 9. Add the carrots to the pan.
- 10. Fry the carrots together with the meat for a short time.
- 11. Fold the glass noodles into the meat mixture.
- 12. Mix the Thai basil into the salad.
- 13. Season the dish with soy sauce.
- 14. Add fish sauce.
- 15. Drizzle sesame oil over it.
- 16. Sprinkle cayenne pepper for the heat.
- 17. Fill the noodle mixture into small bowls.
- 18. Serve the bowls on the Chinese cabbage leaves.
