  2. 2. Remove the hard, lower core from the cabbage head.
  3. 3. Let the Chinese cabbage drain well in a sieve.
  4. 4. Cook the glass noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  5. 5. Drain the noodles and rinse them with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  6. 6. Let the cooled noodles drain well as well.
  7. 7. Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat.
  8. 8. Fry the minced meat in it until it is crumbly.
  9. 9. Add the carrots to the pan.
  10. 10. Fry the carrots together with the meat for a short time.
