🍽️ Glass noodles with vegetables and beef

Ingredients
- 100 g glass noodles
- 2 carrots
- 200 g spinach
- 1 leek stalk
- 200 g beef (steak meat)
- 250 ml meat broth
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- sesame oil
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- salt
- pepper (from mill)
Instructions
- 1. Place the beef in the broth and add the soy sauce.
- 2. Let the meat cook in the liquid for about 10 minutes.
- 3. Remove the beef from the broth and slice it thinly.
- 4. Wash the spinach, remove the tough stems, and let it drain.
- 5. Wash the leek, trim it, and cut the white and light green parts into strips.
- 6. Add the carrots to the hot broth and simmer for about 4 minutes.
- 7. Remove the carrots from the broth and let them drain.
- 8. Add the leek strips to the broth and cook them for another 4 minutes.
- 9. Remove the leek from the broth and let it drain.
- 10. Add the spinach to the broth and cook it for 4 minutes.
- 11. Season the broth with salt and pepper to taste.
- 12. Cook the glass noodles in boiling salted water according to the package instructions.
- 13. Remove the noodles from the water and let them drain.
- 14. Return the beef, vegetables, and noodles to the broth.
- 15. Heat everything together until it is warm.
- 16. Sprinkle the dish with sesame seeds and serve.
