  2. 2. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly. Cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into thin strips.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic clove. Mince the garlic clove very finely.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a wok or a large frying pan.
  5. 5. Fry the chopped garlic, the ginger, and the pepper strips in the hot oil. Stir constantly. Fry everything for 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Add the drained glass noodles and the sprouts to the pan. Mix everything well.
  7. 7. Let the noodles sit in the pan for a short time to absorb the flavors.
  8. 8. Season the dish with soy sauce and cayenne pepper. Adjust the amount to your taste.
