🍽️ Vegetable Wok with Glass Noodles

Ingredients
- 400 g glass noodles
- 3 bell peppers (red, green and yellow)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 100 g sprouts
- soy sauce
- cayenne pepper
Instructions
- 1. Soak the glass noodles in water until they are soft. Follow the instructions on the package. Then drain the water.
- 2. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly. Cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into thin strips.
- 3. Peel the garlic clove. Mince the garlic clove very finely.
- 4. Heat oil in a wok or a large frying pan.
- 5. Fry the chopped garlic, the ginger, and the pepper strips in the hot oil. Stir constantly. Fry everything for 1 to 2 minutes.
- 6. Add the drained glass noodles and the sprouts to the pan. Mix everything well.
- 7. Let the noodles sit in the pan for a short time to absorb the flavors.
- 8. Season the dish with soy sauce and cayenne pepper. Adjust the amount to your taste.
- 9. Divide the food onto plates. Serve it immediately while warm.
