Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken Wing
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Chili Pepper
- 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Hot Mustard
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Freshly Chopped Herbs (Thyme and Rosemary)
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken wings under cold water.
- 2. Pat the wings completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 4. Mince the garlic very finely.
- 5. Rinse the chili pepper under running water.
- 6. Remove the stem and seeds from the chili.
- 7. Mince the chili finely as well.
- 8. Mix the minced chili with the minced garlic.
- 9. Stir in tomato paste, honey, mustard, balsamic vinegar, and lemon juice.
- 10. Add the fresh herbs and the oil.
- 11. Season the marinade with salt.
- 12. Place the chicken wings on the grill grate.
- 13. Brush the wings generously with the spice paste.
- 14. Grill the wings for about 20 minutes.
- 15. Turn the wings repeatedly while grilling.
- 16. Brush the wings with the paste again each time you turn them.
