  5. 5. Rinse the chili pepper under running water.
  6. 6. Remove the stem and seeds from the chili.
  7. 7. Mince the chili finely as well.
  8. 8. Mix the minced chili with the minced garlic.
  9. 9. Stir in tomato paste, honey, mustard, balsamic vinegar, and lemon juice.
  10. 10. Add the fresh herbs and the oil.
  11. 11. Season the marinade with salt.
  12. 12. Place the chicken wings on the grill grate.
  13. 13. Brush the wings generously with the spice paste.
  14. 14. Grill the wings for about 20 minutes.
  15. 15. Turn the wings repeatedly while grilling.
