  4. 4. Dice the pepper flesh into fine cubes.

  6. 6. Rinse the rice under running water.
  7. 7. Let the water drain off well.
  8. 8. Melt the butter in a pot.

  10. 10. Fry the spice briefly.

  12. 12. Add the drained rice.
  13. 13. Sweat the rice while stirring for a few minutes.
