Ingredients
- 1 handful hot pepper (hot), dried
- 1 tsp chives (dried)
- 2 tbsp onion granules
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 0.5 tsp allspice
- 1 tbsp celery (dried)
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 3 tbsp cane sugar
Instructions
- 1. Put all ingredients into a spice grinder.
- 2. Grind the ingredients until very fine.
- 3. Fill the finished mixture into two jars.
- 4. Store the jars in a dry place.
- 5. Take some of the mixture for seasoning.
- 6. Mix it with a little water and oil to form a paste.
- 7. Coat the food to be cooked thickly with this paste.
