  2. 2. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
  3. 3. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to chill.
  4. 4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (conventional or fan-assisted, middle rack).
  5. 5. Take small pieces of dough, about the size of a walnut.
  6. 6. Roll the dough pieces into small balls between your palms.
  7. 7. Gently press the balls to form a curved crescent shape.
  8. 8. Place the Kipferl on a greased baking sheet.
  9. 9. Bake the Kipferl for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
  10. 10. Remove the Kipferl from the oven while they are still lukewarm.
  11. 11. Roll the Kipferl in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
