Ingredients
- 60 g soft butter
- 70 g cane sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 60 g sour cream
- 200 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch ground clove
- 1 pinch allspice
- 30 cloves
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
- 1. Beat the butter and sugar until creamy and stir in the egg yolk and sour cream.
- 2. Mix the flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt, cinnamon, ground cloves, and allspice with the butter mixture. Knead everything quickly into a smooth dough.
- 3. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Take hazelnut-sized portions of dough with a teaspoon, shape them into small balls with moist hands, and place them on the prepared tray.
- 4. Press one clove into the center of each cookie. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven at 180 degrees (conventional) in the middle for about 15 minutes. Remove them, let them cool slightly, and serve with powdered sugar.
