  1. 1. Cut five apricots into wedges and dice the remaining ones.
  2. 2. Stir orange liqueur with 50 milliliters of lukewarm water.
  3. 3. Add the apricots to the liquid and let them soak.
  4. 4. Soak the bread rolls in lukewarm water.
  5. 5. Clean and wash the spring onions.
  6. 6. Cut the spring onions into 8 to 10 centimeter long pieces.
  7. 7. Slice the chili peppers lengthwise.
  8. 8. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers.
  9. 9. Wash the deseeded chili peppers.
  10. 10. Finely chop the chili peppers.
  11. 11. Peel the shallots and the garlic.
  12. 12. Finely chop the shallots.
  13. 13. Press the garlic through a garlic press.
  14. 14. Heat butter in a pan.
  15. 15. Sauté the shallots in the hot butter until translucent.
  16. 16. Add the pressed garlic.
  17. 17. Roast the cashew nuts in a pan without fat.

  19. 19. Roughly chop the cooled nuts.
  20. 20. Squeeze the soaked bread roll.
  21. 21. Mix the bread roll with chili, shallots, garlic, diced apricots, nuts, and eggs.

  23. 23. Season everything with cinnamon, cloves, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  24. 24. Knead the ingredients into a meatloaf mixture.
  25. 25. Shape the mixture into an oblong loaf.
  26. 26. Place the loaf in an oiled casserole dish.
  27. 27. Brush the loaf with oil.
  28. 28. Make cross-shaped cuts on the surface.
  29. 29. Decorate the loaf with the apricot wedges.
  30. 30. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  31. 31. Bake the meatloaf for approx. 45 minutes.
  32. 32. Add spring onions and broth when 10 minutes of baking time remain.
  33. 33. Brush the meatloaf with honey.
  34. 34. Finish baking the loaf.
