  2. 2. Wash the peaches thoroughly.
  3. 3. Pat the fruits dry with a kitchen towel.
  4. 4. Cut the peaches in half through the center.
  5. 5. Remove the pits from the peach halves.
  6. 6. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  7. 7. Place the peach halves on the tray with the curved side facing up.
  8. 8. Put the tray into the preheated oven.
  9. 9. Dry the peaches for 5 to 6 hours.
  10. 10. Turn the peaches occasionally to ensure even drying.
  11. 11. Take the peaches out of the oven.
  12. 12. Arrange the dried peaches on plates.
  13. 13. Serve the peaches immediately.
