- 1. Preheat the oven to 80 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 2. Wash the peaches thoroughly.
- 3. Pat the fruits dry with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Cut the peaches in half through the center.
- 5. Remove the pits from the peach halves.
- 6. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 7. Place the peach halves on the tray with the curved side facing up.
- 8. Put the tray into the preheated oven.
- 9. Dry the peaches for 5 to 6 hours.
- 10. Turn the peaches occasionally to ensure even drying.
- 11. Take the peaches out of the oven.
- 12. Arrange the dried peaches on plates.
- 13. Serve the peaches immediately.
