Ingredients
- 12 figs
- 50 g powdered sugar
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 60 to 70 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 2. Wash the figs thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 4. Place the figs flat on the prepared tray.
- 5. Slide the tray into the preheated oven.
- 6. If you are using multiple trays, stack them on top of each other.
- 7. Leave the oven door slightly ajar to allow air to circulate well.
- 8. Dry the figs in the oven for several hours.
- 9. Check the process regularly and swap the trays if necessary.
- 10. Slice the fully dried figs.
- 11. Lightly dust the slices with powdered sugar.
- 12. Arrange the figs in a small bowl.
