🍽️ Crispy Cinnamon Apple Slices

Ingredients
- 4 Apples (each 200 g; e. g. Elstar or Boskop)
- 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the apples under running water.
- 2. Pat the apples dry with a clean kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the apples into four equal quarters.
- 4. Remove the core from the apple quarters.
- 5. Slice the apple quarters into very thin rounds.
- 6. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- 7. Arrange the apple slices evenly on the trays.
- 8. Coat the slices with cinnamon.
- 9. Preheat the oven to 80 degrees Celsius convection.
- 10. Place the trays in the preheated oven.
- 11. Wedge a wooden spoon into the oven door to keep it slightly ajar.
- 12. Dry the chips in the oven for about four hours.
- 13. Remove the trays from the oven.
- 14. Let the chips cool down completely.
