🍽️ Warm grain porridge with fresh fruit

Ingredients
- 30 g freshly ground spelt
- 30 g freshly ground millet
- 20 g freshly ground poppy seeds
- 150 ml water
- 1 banana
- 200 ml milk
- 1 pink grapefruit
- 1 orange
- lemon balm (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Put the grain and poppy seeds into a pot.
- 2. Pour in the water.
- 3. Place the pot on the stove and turn the heat to low.
- 4. Let the mixture simmer for about 1 minute.
- 5. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 6. Let the porridge cool down.
- 7. Peel the banana.
- 8. Put the banana and the milk into a blender or use a hand blender.
- 9. Blend the mixture until smooth.
- 10. Stir the banana-milk mixture into the cooled porridge.
- 11. Spoon the porridge into small bowls.
- 12. Cut off the top and bottom of the grapefruit and orange with a sharp knife, similar to how you would an apple.
- 13. Carefully cut out the fruit flesh segments from the membranes.
- 14. Arrange the fruit segments on top of the porridge.
- 15. Garnish the dish with mint or lemon balm.
- 16. Serve the dish immediately.
