  1. 1. Put the grain and poppy seeds into a pot.
  2. 2. Pour in the water.
  3. 3. Place the pot on the stove and turn the heat to low.
  4. 4. Let the mixture simmer for about 1 minute.
  5. 5. Remove the pot from the heat.
  6. 6. Let the porridge cool down.
  7. 7. Peel the banana.
  8. 8. Put the banana and the milk into a blender or use a hand blender.
  9. 9. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  10. 10. Stir the banana-milk mixture into the cooled porridge.
  11. 11. Spoon the porridge into small bowls.
  12. 12. Cut off the top and bottom of the grapefruit and orange with a sharp knife, similar to how you would an apple.
  13. 13. Carefully cut out the fruit flesh segments from the membranes.
  14. 14. Arrange the fruit segments on top of the porridge.
  15. 15. Garnish the dish with mint or lemon balm.
  16. 16. Serve the dish immediately.
