🍽️ Healthy Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- 1.5 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 2 pitted soft dates
- 250 ml almond drink (almond milk) (or another plant-based milk alternative)
- cacao nibs (or vegan whipped cream to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Put cocoa, cinnamon, and the soft dates (2 or 3 pieces, depending on your preference) into a tall cup.
- 2. Pour in your chosen plant-based milk.
- 3. Blend the mixture with a hand blender until the dates are completely broken down.
- 4. Pour the liquid into a saucepan.
- 5. Heat the chocolate slowly on the stove.
- 6. Pour the hot chocolate into a mug.
- 7. Add vegan whipped cream on top as desired.
- 8. Sprinkle cocoa nibs (small cocoa pieces) and some cocoa powder over it.
