  1. 1. Peel the onion and cut it into fine cubes.
  2. 2. Rinse the meat briefly and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Slice the meat into slices first, then cut them into strips about 1 cm thick.
  4. 4. Heat ghee (clarified butter) in a pan.
  5. 5. Brown the meat strips in batches.
  6. 6. Remove the browned meat from the pan and set it aside.
  7. 7. Fry the onion cubes in the remaining pan juices until golden brown.
  8. 8. Sprinkle the flour over the onions and stir briefly.
  9. 9. Deglaze the mixture with wine and bring it to a boil.
  10. 10. Reduce the heat and let the sauce simmer briefly with the meat stock.
  11. 11. Add the cream and let the sauce thicken slightly for a few minutes.
  12. 12. Return the meat strips and their juices to the pan.
  13. 13. Let the meat simmer on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes until cooked through.
  14. 14. Rinse the parsley and shake it dry.
  15. 15. Pluck the parsley leaves and chop them finely.
  16. 16. Season the sliced meat with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  17. 17. Sprinkle the finished dish with parsley and serve.
