🍽️ Quick Sliced Meat with Mushrooms and Broccoli

Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast fillet
- salt
- pepper
- 2 shallots
- 600 g mushrooms
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 500 g broccoli (1 broccoli)
- 100 ml milk (3.5 % fat)
- 100 g cream cheese (30 % fat in dry matter)
- chili flakes
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the meat under cold water.
- 2. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the meat into thin strips.
- 4. Season the meat strips with salt and pepper.
- 5. Peel the shallots and dice them finely.
- 6. Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
- 7. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- 8. Fry the meat in it for about 5 minutes on all sides.
- 9. Wash the broccoli and divide it into small florets.
- 10. Peel the tough stem of the broccoli.
- 11. Slice the stem into thin rounds.
- 12. Bring salted water to a boil.
- 13. Cook the broccoli florets and stem slices in it for 5 to 7 minutes until tender-crisp.
- 14. Remove the broccoli from the water.
- 15. Let the broccoli drain.
- 16. Remove the fried meat from the pan.
- 17. Set the meat aside.
- 18. Sauté the shallots and mushrooms in the remaining pan juices for 3 minutes.
- 19. Add milk and cream cheese to the pan.
- 20. Let the sauce reduce slightly for 2 minutes.
- 21. Return the meat to the pan.
- 22. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and chili.
- 23. Let everything simmer for about 5 minutes.
- 24. Serve the sliced meat with the broccoli.
