  1. 1. Rinse the meat under cold water.
  2. 2. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Cut the meat into thin strips.
  4. 4. Season the meat strips with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Peel the shallots and dice them finely.
  6. 6. Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
  7. 7. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  8. 8. Fry the meat in it for about 5 minutes on all sides.
  9. 9. Wash the broccoli and divide it into small florets.
  10. 10. Peel the tough stem of the broccoli.
  11. 11. Slice the stem into thin rounds.
  12. 12. Bring salted water to a boil.
  13. 13. Cook the broccoli florets and stem slices in it for 5 to 7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  14. 14. Remove the broccoli from the water.
  15. 15. Let the broccoli drain.
  16. 16. Remove the fried meat from the pan.
  17. 17. Set the meat aside.
  18. 18. Sauté the shallots and mushrooms in the remaining pan juices for 3 minutes.
  19. 19. Add milk and cream cheese to the pan.
  20. 20. Let the sauce reduce slightly for 2 minutes.
  21. 21. Return the meat to the pan.
  22. 22. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and chili.
  23. 23. Let everything simmer for about 5 minutes.
  24. 24. Serve the sliced meat with the broccoli.
