  3. 3. Divide the chicken into 10 equal pieces.
  4. 4. Wash the coriander leaves and shake them dry.

  6. 6. Peel the garlic clove and the onion.

  8. 8. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter and olive oil in a casserole pot.
  9. 9. Fry the chicken pieces together with the coriander and garlic over high heat.
