🍽️ Oven Tomatoes with Onions

Ingredients
- 2 red tomatoes
- 2 yellow tomatoes
- 200 g red cherry tomatoes (on the vine)
- 200 g yellow cherry tomatoes
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 3 sprigs thyme
- 1 spring onion
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt
- pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 2. Cut large tomatoes in half.
- 3. Wash the herbs and shake them dry.
- 4. Clean the spring onions and wash them.
- 5. Cut the spring onions into coarse pieces.
- 6. Peel the onions and the garlic.
- 7. Cut the onions into bite-sized pieces.
- 8. Slice the garlic into thin slices.
- 9. Preheat the oven to 220 °C (fan 200 °C or gas mark 3–4).
- 10. Place all prepared ingredients into a baking dish.
- 11. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 12. Drizzle everything with olive oil.
- 13. Braise the tomatoes in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
- 14. Take the baking dish out of the oven.
- 15. Serve the dish immediately.
