  3. 3. Brown the turkey drumsticks on all sides.
  4. 4. Add fresh rosemary and thyme to the pot.
  5. 5. Deglaze the mixture with wine.
  6. 6. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  7. 7. Place the pot with the lid in the oven.
  8. 8. Braise the drumsticks for 45 minutes.
  9. 9. Peel the potatoes.
  10. 10. Cut the potatoes into smaller pieces if necessary.
  11. 11. Add the potatoes and whole garlic cloves to the meat.
  12. 12. Mix everything well with the pan juices.
  13. 13. Remove the lid from the pot.
  14. 14. Let the dish braise for another 40 minutes without the lid.
  15. 15. Turn the potatoes occasionally during the cooking time.
