🍽️ Tender Turkey Drumsticks with Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 turkey thigh (approx. 800 g)
- 4 garlic cloves
- 500 g potatoes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp rosemary needles (chopped)
- 125 ml white wine
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Rub the turkey drumsticks generously with salt and pepper.
- 2. Heat some oil in a casserole pot.
- 3. Brown the turkey drumsticks on all sides.
- 4. Add fresh rosemary and thyme to the pot.
- 5. Deglaze the mixture with wine.
- 6. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 7. Place the pot with the lid in the oven.
- 8. Braise the drumsticks for 45 minutes.
- 9. Peel the potatoes.
- 10. Cut the potatoes into smaller pieces if necessary.
- 11. Add the potatoes and whole garlic cloves to the meat.
- 12. Mix everything well with the pan juices.
- 13. Remove the lid from the pot.
- 14. Let the dish braise for another 40 minutes without the lid.
- 15. Turn the potatoes occasionally during the cooking time.
