🍽️ Flavorful Braised Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 600 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 fresh bay leaves
- sea salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cherry tomatoes with their stems under running water.
- 2. Pat the tomatoes dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 4. Flatten the garlic clove by pressing down on it with the flat side of a knife.
- 5. Add the flattened garlic and the bay leaves to the hot pan.
- 6. Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan.
- 7. Shake the pan occasionally to turn the tomatoes.
- 8. Braise the tomatoes for 3 to 4 minutes.
- 9. Remove the pan from the heat as soon as the tomato skins start to split.
- 10. Season the tomatoes with sea salt to taste.
- 11. Serve the tomatoes immediately while warm.
