  1. 1. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press.
  2. 2. Wash the chili peppers, remove the stem and seeds, and chop them finely.
  3. 3. Mix the garlic, chili peppers, herbs, 5 tablespoons of oil, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  4. 4. Wash the fish and pat it dry inside and out with kitchen paper.
  5. 5. Coat the fish inside and out with the herb marinade.
  6. 6. Let the fish marinate for approx. 1 hour.
  7. 7. Wash the bell peppers, remove the stem, seeds, and white inner membranes.
  8. 8. Cut the bell peppers into thin strips.
  9. 9. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into quarters, and remove the seeds.
  10. 10. Dice the seeded tomatoes finely.
  11. 11. Peel the potato and dice it finely as well.
  12. 12. Peel the onion and chop it finely.
  13. 13. Add the onions to hot oil and sauté until translucent.
  14. 14. Wash the arugula and remove coarse stems.
  15. 15. Dry the arugula in a salad spinner.
  16. 16. Roughly tear the arugula with your hands.
  17. 17. Add the arugula to the vegetables in the pan.
  18. 18. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
  19. 19. Stuff the fish with the vegetables.
  20. 20. Fry the fish on the outside until golden brown.
