🍽️ Baked Gold Bream with Tomatoes and Olives

Ingredients
- 4 Sea Bream Fillets
- 100 g Olives (black)
- 200 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 Stems Basil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp. Lemon Zest
- 300 ml Olive Oil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Clean the gold bream fillets and pat them dry.
- 3. Season the fillets with a little salt and pepper.
- 4. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a frying pan.
- 5. Sear the fillets briefly on both sides.
- 6. Place the seared fillets into a baking dish.
- 7. Finely grate the zest of one lemon.
- 8. Sprinkle the lemon zest over the fish.
- 9. Pour the remaining oil over the fillets.
- 10. Add the tomatoes and olives to the dish.
- 11. Cover the baking dish with a lid.
- 12. Braise the gold bream in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- 13. Garnish the finished dish with fresh basil.
- 14. Serve the gold bream hot.
