🍰 Roasted Brioche Slices with Quark-Mint Dip

Ingredients
- 0.5 Lemon
- 300 g Low-fat quark
- 3 tbsp Mint syrup
- 2 sprigs Mint
- 750 g Strawberries
- 75 g Pistachio kernels
- 400 g Brioche
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the lemon.
- 2. Take two tablespoons of lemon juice.
- 3. Whisk the lemon juice with the quark and mint syrup.
- 4. Stir the mixture with a whisk until smooth.
- 5. Wash the mint.
- 6. Shake the mint dry.
- 7. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 8. Finely chop the mint leaves.
- 9. Set aside the quark mixture.
- 10. Mix the chopped mint into the quark mixture.
- 11. Wash the strawberries.
- 12. Remove the green stem ends from the strawberries.
- 13. Halve the strawberries.
- 14. Chop the pistachios coarsely.
- 15. Slice the brioche.
- 16. Preheat the grill.
- 17. Place the brioche slices on the hot grill.
- 18. Toast the slices briefly on each side.
- 19. Remove the toasted slices from the grill.
- 20. Spread the quark-mint mixture onto each slice.
- 21. Distribute the halved strawberries on the slices.
- 22. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the slices.
