  6. 6. Shake the mint dry.
  7. 7. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  8. 8. Finely chop the mint leaves.
  9. 9. Set aside the quark mixture.
  10. 10. Mix the chopped mint into the quark mixture.
  11. 11. Wash the strawberries.
  12. 12. Remove the green stem ends from the strawberries.
  13. 13. Halve the strawberries.
  14. 14. Chop the pistachios coarsely.
  15. 15. Slice the brioche.
  16. 16. Preheat the grill.
  17. 17. Place the brioche slices on the hot grill.
  18. 18. Toast the slices briefly on each side.
  19. 19. Remove the toasted slices from the grill.
