  2. 2. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
  3. 3. Remove the green stems and leaves from the strawberries.
  4. 4. Cut the strawberries into halves or quarters.
  5. 5. Wash the rocket (arugula) thoroughly.
  6. 6. Remove tough stems or wilted leaves from the rocket.
  7. 7. Tear the rocket leaves into bite-sized pieces if they are too large.
  8. 8. Decoratively arrange the prepared strawberries on top of the salmon.
  9. 9. Sprinkle the rocket over the salmon and strawberries.
  10. 10. Add the green peppercorns on top.
  11. 11. Grind fresh black pepper over the dish.
  12. 12. Drizzle some lemon juice over everything.
  13. 13. Sprinkle some sea salt over it.
  14. 14. Serve the dish immediately.
