🍽️ Smoked Salmon with Strawberries, Arugula, and Green Peppercorns

Ingredients
- 400 g mild smoked salmon (sliced)
- 250 g strawberries
- 40 g arugula
- 2 tbsp green peppercorns
- pepper (freshly ground)
- lemon juice
- coarse sea salt
Instructions
- 1. Place the smoked salmon on plates or a large platter.
- 2. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
- 3. Remove the green stems and leaves from the strawberries.
- 4. Cut the strawberries into halves or quarters.
- 5. Wash the rocket (arugula) thoroughly.
- 6. Remove tough stems or wilted leaves from the rocket.
- 7. Tear the rocket leaves into bite-sized pieces if they are too large.
- 8. Decoratively arrange the prepared strawberries on top of the salmon.
- 9. Sprinkle the rocket over the salmon and strawberries.
- 10. Add the green peppercorns on top.
- 11. Grind fresh black pepper over the dish.
- 12. Drizzle some lemon juice over everything.
- 13. Sprinkle some sea salt over it.
- 14. Serve the dish immediately.
