  1. 1. Squeeze the juice of one lime into a bowl.
  2. 2. Peel one clove of garlic and press it directly into the lime juice.
  3. 3. Grate fresh ginger finely using a small kitchen grater and add it.
  4. 4. Add two tablespoons of olive oil and stir the marinade well.
  5. 5. Place the prawns into the marinade.
  6. 6. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for about one hour.
  7. 7. Wash the avocados and cut them in half.
  8. 8. Remove the pits and carefully scoop out the flesh.
  9. 9. Cut the avocado flesh into small cubes.
  10. 10. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
  11. 11. Cut the peppers in half lengthwise.
  12. 12. Remove the core and the white inner membranes.
  13. 13. Dice the pepper flesh into fine cubes.
  14. 14. Drain the white beans well in a sieve.
  15. 15. Wash the cherry tomatoes.
  16. 16. Cut the tomatoes in half.
  17. 17. Peel the onions.
  18. 18. Cut the onions in half.
  19. 19. Cut the onion halves into thin rings.
  20. 20. Take the prawns out of the marinade.
  21. 21. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a non-stick pan.
  22. 22. Fry the prawns in batches for about two minutes on all sides.
  23. 23. Add all the fried prawns back into the pan.
  24. 24. Pour the remaining marinade over the prawns.
  25. 25. Let the prawns simmer in the sauce for one more minute.
  26. 26. Wash the basil.
  27. 27. Cut the basil leaves into thin strips.
  28. 28. Mix the warm prawns with the prepared vegetables.
  29. 29. Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste.
  30. 30. Add two tablespoons of olive oil.
  31. 31. Refine the flavor with a little lime juice.
  32. 32. Divide the salad into four small bowls.
  33. 33. Garnish each plate with the basil strips.
  34. 34. Serve the salad immediately.
