🍽️ Vegetable Skewers with Fresh Herb Dip

Ingredients
- 2 yellow bell peppers
- 0.5 cucumber
- 2 carrots
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 250 g quark
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 4 tbsp mixed chopped herbs (e.g. parsley, chervil, chives)
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
- 2. Halve the bell peppers and remove the core.
- 3. Rinse the bell peppers again and cut the flesh into bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Wash the cucumber.
- 5. Slice the cucumber.
- 6. Peel the carrots.
- 7. Cut the carrots into chunks.
- 8. Wash the tomatoes.
- 9. Leave the tomatoes whole or halve them depending on their size.
- 10. Thread all the vegetables alternately onto the wooden skewers.
- 11. Put the quark and sour cream into a bowl.
- 12. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 13. Add the fresh herbs.
- 14. Stir the dip ingredients until smooth.
- 15. Peel the onion.
- 16. Finely chop the onion.
- 17. Fold the finely chopped onion into the dip.
- 18. Peel the garlic.
- 19. Press the garlic into the dip.
- 20. Mix everything well.
- 21. Taste the dip again and adjust with salt and pepper.
- 22. Serve the dip together with the vegetable skewers.
