Ingredients
- 2 carrots
- 1 red bell pepper
- 0.25 cucumber
- 0.5 bunch chives
- 150 g sour cream
- 2 tsp mustard
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 250 g smoked turkey breast fillet (in thin slices)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the carrots and trim the ends.
- 2. Cut the carrots into thin strips.
- 3. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
- 4. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell peppers.
- 5. Cut the bell peppers into strips.
- 6. Peel the cucumber.
- 7. Cut the cucumber into strips.
- 8. Wash the chives.
- 9. Shake the chives dry.
- 10. Mix the sour cream with the mustard.
- 11. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- 12. Distribute the vegetable strips over the turkey breast slices.
- 13. Sprinkle the roll with the chives.
- 14. Roll up the turkey breast slices tightly.
- 15. Tie the rolls together with chives.
- 16. Serve the mustard sauce alongside.
