🍽️ Crispy Vegetable Sticks with Fresh Herb Quark Dip

Ingredients
- 2 Carrots
- 2 yellow bell peppers
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 cucumber
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 100 g yogurt
- Salt
- Pepper
- 30 g freshly chopped herbs (e.g. dill, chives, parsley)
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the vegetables under running water.
- 2. Remove any tough skins or stems if necessary.
- 3. Cut the vegetables into even, bite-sized sticks.
- 4. Place the low-fat quark into a small bowl.
- 5. Add the yogurt to the quark.
- 6. Stir the mixture with a spoon until smooth and free of lumps.
- 7. Season the dip with a pinch of salt.
- 8. Add freshly ground pepper to taste.
- 9. Finely chop the fresh herbs.
- 10. Gently fold the chopped herbs into the quark dip.
- 11. Serve the vegetable sticks together with the finished dip.
