  2. 2. Remove the hard stems and leaves from the zucchini.
  3. 3. Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise.
  4. 4. Slice the zucchini halves into thin rounds.
  5. 5. Remove the seeds and white inner membranes from the bell peppers.
  6. 6. Cut the bell peppers into pieces approximately 2 centimeters in size.
  7. 7. Peel the onions completely.
  8. 8. Cut the onions into wedges.
  9. 9. Cut the tofu into cubes with sides of about 1 centimeter.
  10. 10. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  11. 11. Thread the vegetable pieces and tofu cubes onto the wooden skewers in an alternating pattern.
  12. 12. Brush the skewers generously with olive oil.
  13. 13. Place the skewers on the hot grill.
  14. 14. Grill the skewers on all sides for 5 to 8 minutes.
