🍽️ Vegetable Skewers with Tofu

Ingredients
- 1 zucchini
- 2 packs tofu
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 4 smaller button mushrooms
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 sprig thyme
- 1 sprig rosemary
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the vegetables thoroughly and cut them into small cubes. Cut the tofu into equally sized cubes as well.
- 2. Thread the vegetables and tofu alternately onto the skewers and season with salt and pepper. Fry the skewers in a pan with a little olive oil. Just before the vegetables are done, sprinkle the skewers with crushed garlic, chopped thyme, and rosemary.
