  1. 1. Wash the vegetables thoroughly and cut them into small cubes. Cut the tofu into equally sized cubes as well.
  2. 2. Thread the vegetables and tofu alternately onto the skewers and season with salt and pepper. Fry the skewers in a pan with a little olive oil. Just before the vegetables are done, sprinkle the skewers with crushed garlic, chopped thyme, and rosemary.
