  2. 2. Peel the pumpkin and remove the seeds.
  3. 3. Cut the pumpkin flesh into bite-sized cubes.
  4. 4. Thoroughly wash the bell peppers.
  5. 5. Halve the bell peppers and remove the inside including the seeds.
  6. 6. Cut the peppers into rectangular pieces.
  7. 7. Thread the pumpkin cubes and pepper pieces alternately onto 8 wooden skewers.
  8. 8. Brush the skewers with some oil.
  9. 9. Season the skewers with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
  10. 10. Brush a baking tray with oil.
  11. 11. Place the skewers on the prepared baking tray.
  12. 12. Roast the skewers in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
  13. 13. Ensure that the pumpkin becomes completely soft during cooking.
  14. 14. Alternatively, you can place the skewers under the oven grill.
  15. 15. Keep a close eye on them to prevent the skewers from burning.
