🍽️ Colorful salad with smoked turkey

Ingredients
- 250 g smoked turkey breast fillet
- 500 g broccoli
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 shallots
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 150 g yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 0.5 bunch basil
Instructions
- 1. Whisk mayonnaise and yogurt together in a small bowl.
- 2. Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the mayonnaise mixture.
- 3. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning with more spices if needed.
- 4. Wash the broccoli and divide it into small florets.
- 5. Peel the broccoli stalks and cut them into pieces about 2 cm in size.
- 6. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- 7. Cook the broccoli florets and stalks for 3 minutes in the boiling water.
- 8. Drain the vegetables and rinse them immediately with ice-cold water to stop the cooking process.
- 9. Let the cooled vegetables drain well.
- 10. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 11. Cut the tomatoes in half.
- 12. Peel the shallots.
- 13. Finely chop the shallots.
- 14. Set aside a few basil leaves for decoration.
- 15. Roughly chop the remaining basil.
- 16. Cut the smoked turkey into thin strips.
- 17. Mix all prepared ingredients with the prepared sauce.
- 18. Plate the salad.
- 19. Garnish the portions with the reserved basil leaves.
- 20. Serve the salad immediately.
