  2. 2. Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the mayonnaise mixture.
  3. 3. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning with more spices if needed.
  4. 4. Wash the broccoli and divide it into small florets.
  5. 5. Peel the broccoli stalks and cut them into pieces about 2 cm in size.
  6. 6. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  7. 7. Cook the broccoli florets and stalks for 3 minutes in the boiling water.
  8. 8. Drain the vegetables and rinse them immediately with ice-cold water to stop the cooking process.
  9. 9. Let the cooled vegetables drain well.
  10. 10. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
  11. 11. Cut the tomatoes in half.
  12. 12. Peel the shallots.
  13. 13. Finely chop the shallots.
  14. 14. Set aside a few basil leaves for decoration.
  15. 15. Roughly chop the remaining basil.
  16. 16. Cut the smoked turkey into thin strips.
  17. 17. Mix all prepared ingredients with the prepared sauce.
  18. 18. Plate the salad.
  19. 19. Garnish the portions with the reserved basil leaves.
  20. 20. Serve the salad immediately.
