  1. 1. Put flour, salt, and lard into a bowl. Add water little by little as needed, and quickly knead the dough into a smooth ball. Let the dough rest in a cool place for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Roll out the dough and line small boat-shaped molds with it. Prick the bottom several times with a fork. Bake the boats in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes until golden yellow.
  3. 3. Wash and clean the vegetables and cut them into very small cubes. Mix the cubes with mayonnaise. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  4. 4. Fill the finished boats with the vegetable salad. Garnish them with fresh herbs for serving.
