  1. 1. Cook the rice in boiling water for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Cut the crab meat into small pieces.
  3. 3. Wash the vegetables, peel them if necessary, and dice them finely.
  4. 4. Chop the peanuts coarsely.
  5. 5. Drain the rice, rinse it with cold water, and let it drain well.
  6. 6. Heat olive oil and one tablespoon of butter in a pot.
  7. 7. Sauté the vegetable cubes and peanuts in it while stirring.
  8. 8. Stir the peanut butter into the mixture.
  9. 9. Stir in the cognac.
  10. 10. Add the rice and crab meat and stir everything together.
  11. 11. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Fold in the chopped coriander leaves.
  13. 13. Grease the molds with a little butter.
  14. 14. Fill the rice mixture into the molds up to the rim.
  15. 15. Press the mixture firmly into the molds.
  16. 16. Unmold the molds onto pre-warmed plates.
  17. 17. Serve the dish immediately, garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
