🍽️ Vegetable Raclette with Shrimp

Ingredients
- 500 g mixed chopped vegetables (your choice)
- 300 g shrimp (ready for cooking)
- 150 g raclette cheese (sliced)
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Bring water to a boil and add salt.
- 2. Cook the vegetables in the salted water for 4 minutes.
- 3. Immediately shock the vegetables with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- 4. Let the vegetables drain well.
- 5. Turn on your raclette grill and preheat it.
- 6. Take a large plate and place the cheese on it.
- 7. Place the shrimp on the same plate as the cheese.
- 8. Add the drained vegetables to the plate as well.
- 9. Fill the small raclette pans with the vegetables.
- 10. Add the shrimp to the pans.
- 11. Place the piece of cheese into the pans.
- 12. Turn on the heat of the raclette grill.
- 13. Bake the ingredients in the hot device for about 6 to 8 minutes.
