  2. 2. Add 3 tablespoons of lukewarm water and the sugar.
  3. 3. Stir the mixture until smooth and the yeast and sugar have dissolved.
  4. 4. Mix the flour in a large bowl with the salt.
  5. 5. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture.
  6. 6. Pour the yeast mixture into the well.
  7. 7. Lightly dust the surface with a little flour.
  8. 8. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
  9. 9. Pour about 100 milliliters of lukewarm water onto the dough.
  10. 10. Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic.
  11. 11. Shape the dough into a ball.
  12. 12. Cover the bowl again and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  13. 13. Knead the dough vigorously after the resting period.
  14. 14. Work the olive oil into the dough while kneading.
