🍽️ Pan dish with rice and beef balls

Ingredients
- 350 g beef mince
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 egg yolks
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 3 tbsp oil
- 100 g rice
- 100 g cashew nuts
- 150 g broccoli florets
- bell peppers (1 yellow, green & red each)
- 2 spring onions
- 100 g bean sprouts (from the jar)
- 3 red chili peppers
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Put the minced beef into a bowl.
- 2. Press the garlic directly into the bowl.
- 3. Add the mustard.
- 4. Add the egg yolk.
- 5. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 6. Mix all ingredients well with your hands.
- 7. Form small balls from the meat mixture.
- 8. Heat some oil in a pan.
- 9. Brown the meatballs on all sides.
- 10. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- 11. Toast the nuts in a pan without fat.
- 12. Cut the bell peppers in half.
- 13. Remove the core of the bell peppers.
- 14. Wash the bell peppers.
- 15. Dice the bell peppers.
- 16. Wash the spring onions.
- 17. Cut the spring onions into thin rings.
- 18. Bring salted water to a boil.
- 19. Blanch the bell peppers and broccoli for 3 minutes in boiling salted water.
- 20. Shock the vegetables in cold water.
- 21. Let the vegetables drain.
- 22. Cut the chili peppers into thin rings.
- 23. Let the bean sprouts drain.
- 24. Heat oil in a pan.
- 25. Briefly fry the chili peppers.
- 26. Add the vegetables to the pan.
- 27. Add the rice to the pan.
- 28. Add the sprouts to the pan.
- 29. Add the beef meatballs to the pan.
- 30. Mix everything well.
- 31. Season the dish with salt and pepper.
