🍽️ Wok Vegetables with Turkey Strips

Ingredients
- 700 g Broccoli
- 5 Carrots
- 2 small red chili peppers
- 5 thick garlic cloves
- 200 g Turkey meat
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 6 tbsp Vegetable oil
Instructions
- 1. Cut the turkey meat into small, bite-sized cubes.
- 2. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
- 3. Drizzle one tablespoon of soy sauce over the meat.
- 4. Mix everything well and let the marinade sit for a moment.
- 5. Wash the broccoli thoroughly.
- 6. Separate the small florets and leaves from the main stalk.
- 7. Remove the tough bottom ends of the broccoli stalks.
- 8. Peel the stalk if it is too tough.
- 9. Cut the stalk into long, thin sticks.
- 10. Wash the carrots.
- 11. Peel the carrots.
- 12. Quarter the carrots lengthwise.
- 13. Cut the carrot pieces into long sticks.
- 14. Peel the garlic.
- 15. Slice the garlic into thin rounds.
- 16. Wash the chili peppers.
- 17. Cut the chili peppers into thin rings.
- 18. Bring water with salt to a boil.
- 19. Add the broccoli stalks and carrot sticks to the boiling water.
- 20. Cook the vegetables for eight minutes.
- 21. Remove the vegetables from the water.
- 22. Let the vegetables drain well.
- 23. Add the broccoli florets and leaves to the boiling water.
- 24. Cook the vegetables for five minutes.
- 25. Let the broccoli drain well.
- 26. Heat oil in a large pan.
- 27. Add the marinated meat to the hot pan.
- 28. Fry the meat on all sides over high heat.
- 29. Remove the meat from the pan.
- 30. Set the meat aside.
- 31. Add the garlic to the hot oil.
- 32. Fry the garlic until golden brown.
- 33. Remove the garlic from the pan.
- 34. Set the garlic aside.
- 35. Add the prepared vegetables and chili rings to the pan.
- 36. Add a little more oil if necessary.
- 37. Fry the vegetables over high heat, stirring, for three minutes.
- 38. Remove the pan from the heat source.
- 39. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
- 40. Add the remaining soy sauce.
- 41. Add the oyster sauce.
- 42. Return the fried meat to the pan.
- 43. Mix the meat well with the vegetables.
- 44. Serve the dish in a bowl.
- 45. Sprinkle the food with the roasted garlic.
