  1. 1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes of about 1 cm.
  2. 2. Peel the onions and chop them finely.
  3. 3. Wash the peppers, halve them, remove the seeds and the white inner membrane, and cut the flesh into thin strips.
  4. 4. Wash the chili pepper, cut it lengthwise, remove the seeds and the white inner membrane, and chop it finely.
  5. 5. Heat some oil in an oven-safe pan.
  6. 6. Briefly fry the potato cubes and then remove them from the pan.
  7. 7. Add the onions to the pan and sauté until translucent.

  9. 9. Fry the pepper strips in the pan for 2 minutes.
  10. 10. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly.
  11. 11. Fold in the potatoes, onions, olives, and chili into the meat mixture.

  13. 13. Whisk the eggs with the cream.
  14. 14. Season the egg mixture with salt and pepper.
  15. 15. Pour the egg mixture over the meat and potato mass.
  16. 16. Let the frittata set (become firm) over low to medium heat.
  17. 17. Place the pan with the frittata in the preheated oven (200°C).
  18. 18. Bake the frittata for approx. 5 minutes until the surface is firm.
  19. 19. Plate the frittata.
  20. 20. Sprinkle with chopped herbs if desired.
  21. 21. Serve the frittata.
