🍝 Vegetable Stew with Noodles and Turkey

Ingredients
- 250 g turkey breast fillet
- 500 ml vegetable broth (instant)
- 300 g carrots
- 300 g celery stalks
- 300 g leek (only the white and light green parts)
- 80 g elbow macaroni
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tsp marjoram
Instructions
- 1. Cut the turkey meat into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Peel the carrots and wash them thoroughly.
- 3. Dice the carrots into small cubes.
- 4. Wash the celery and remove the tough outer stalks.
- 5. Chop the tender green parts of the celery into pieces.
- 6. Wash the leek and clean it.
- 7. Slice the leek into rings.
- 8. Place the meat, vegetables, and noodles in a pot.
- 9. Pour in the vegetable broth.
- 10. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 11. Let the stew simmer for about 10 minutes.
- 12. Check if the noodles are soft.
- 13. Ensure that the meat and vegetables are fully cooked.
- 14. Season the stew with salt and pepper.
- 15. Sprinkle some marjoram on top.
- 16. Serve the dish.
